3 Week Post-Surgery Update

Hi everyone,

I’m checking in with a 3-week post surgery update. Lately, I’ve been noticing the power of choice more than ever.

As I continue to deal with the physical aftermath of surgery (some loss of feeling, pain…but still great!), I have also been getting to a better place with the mental aspect of this journey.

This is where things fully depend on me and my mindset. Sure, I still have fear about why, what if and what happens next, but I’m discovering that living in that place of fear and uncertainty does me absolutely no good. So, why would I choose to live there? There’s no happiness there. No joy. No answers.

What I am choosing is to live in the present. I’m looking at each day as an opportunity. An opportunity for growth, for happiness, for gaining knowledge.

Life doesn’t just stop when we face something difficult. It keeps going, and we have to do the same. I’m not saying it’s always easy. It isn’t. But choosing to work towards a positive mindset makes an enormous difference….and a great one!

It’s your life…your choice. What decisions will you make today?

If you would like more positivity, energy and vitality in your life, I invite you to join me for a free one-hour teleseminar on Tuesday, March 4th. Secure your spot and get all the details!
