Recently, I’ve been thinking about what makes for a happy and healthy lifestyle. Is there some magical formula? A detailed set of rules to follow? What I discovered is that if a formula does exist, it’s probably a little different for everyone.
So, I started creating a list. Then, I reached out to my Facebook friends and family to see what items they would add to the list. Together, we’ve been putting together a list full of great ideas and suggestions for living our ideal lifestyle. Below is what we’ve come up with so far:
Formula for a Happy & Healthy Lifestyle
1. Eat real food.
2. Start the day with a positive thought.
3. Avoid diets with an end date.
4. Do moderate exercise 30 minutes 4 times a week.
5. Form social connections.
6. Avoid negative people.
7. Get a good night’s sleep.
9. Try to focus on the positive.
10. Drink lots of water.
11. Laugh…a lot!
