The holidays have always been a wonderful time in my family – from the people to the parties to the food – it’s an endless expression of love.

As part of my holiday message, I want to encourage you to step OUT of the holiday merriment when you need to because sometimes self-care means saying no to things. And that’s especially true when it comes to food.

Many of you know that I’m a Celiac….and you may have heard me say that Christmas without my mom’s shortbread just isn’t Christmas. My brother, sister and I grew up with these wonderful traditional cookies and not being able to have them were beyond disappointing….

Being gluten-free, I didn’t indulge for years.

That is until Jason from Save-on foods introduced me to Cup-4-Cup. After a few renditions, I perfected gluten-free shortbread cookies.

I hope you’ll enjoy these shortbread delights, and in the spirit of the holiday, and empowering you to have what YOU need on your table every day I want to introduce you to these free Loving Gluten-Free Recipes
