Welcome back!  We’re in our sixth day of improving our health and fitness.  Are you ready?

 

 

Now that we’ve had a day to relax and rest our tired muscles, it’s time to get back into the swing of things!

Today, we’re going to build on our triceps pushups and stretch out our abs with an almost upward dog.
