I am about 3 months post surgery and on a mission to get back in shape!

I’ve decided to not only share this journey with all of you, but to invite you to come along and join me.  After all, it’s so much more motivating to do this with others.  We hold each other accountable, learn some new work out moves and support and encourage each other along the way.

Get ready, because I’ll soon be sharing short and sweet updates, tips and more.  And, as you’ll see from today’s video….I won’t simply be talking about it and expecting you to do all of the work.  I’ll be sweating right along with you.

Today, I did a 30-minute walk and three pushups.  I’m starting slow, but will gradually pick up the pace.  I’ve also taken to wearing a pedometer for motivation.  My daily total for today?  6,553 steps!  I encourage you to get a pedometer and join me in tracking and reporting so that we can encourage each other along our path to health and fitness.
