The Changing Diet The food manufacturing industry is massive and is largely driven by our consumer wants.  But eating a diet loaded with processed foods impacts negatively on our bodies and our health.

With the exception of those Indonesian who are rich this is a traditional meal.   I have to say it was delicious.  So much better than the stuff in the hotel and it only cost 80 cents.  Can you believe that.  Now that’s a great budget holiday meal.  Nutritious, delicious and extremely affordable.

What actions will you take today to eat less processed foods?  It is an action that you and your body will never regret.
