I encourage you to resist the temptation to diet. Instead, stick to the basics eat natural and minimally processed foods, tons of fresh fruits and vegetables,  watch the junk food and reduce your  portions.  It’s your choice, only you can decide what’s right for you, but if you decide to stick to the basics you’ll be well on your way to a healthy you.
